Update time

I've added a scene with Thomas and Kaat's known as Kaat's Kimono. It is an H scene and only accessible through Thomas's storyline. As with many of the scenes, it has an ICS episode as well.

Other than that nothing else was really changed. I am testing something of a surprise for the next build. I'll share more detail when I get ready to release a build with the surprise.
