New build

I'm going to try for monthly updates.

This update adds a hidden optional storyline in Thomas' play through. I wasn't able to catch some bugs before this build, but they will be fixed in the next one.

The next build may be thin or delayed due to I'm trying to come up with random events for the characters. I am welcome to ideas.
